New Interests
In My research and practice of breathwork techniques in sessions, I've become more interested in the edgier aspects of manipulating breath. I'm getting curious about breath play, including bagging. The idea of playing with such an essential life function both frightens and arouses Me. When that feeling occurs it is My instinct to step onto that path and investigate the possibilities.
